Appearance:
Ezra stands at around six foot four with a steady weight of 200. He has naturally tanned skinned from his native Alaskan heritage covering lean muscles from working long hours with his sled and team. Hair of black runs past his back and is usually tied by a single pony tail. On sunny days Ezra is typically wearing a dark colored wife beater with slightly baggy pants. He wears no jewelry except a cross made of stone. On either side of the cross hang dog fangs. These are held by a leather string.
Ezra’s gaze draws attention with his intense naturally grey rimmed eyes. His common expression to newcomers is a weary but inquiring frown. His scent is usually of the forest with a touch a cinnamon.

Personality: Ezra is the sort of person with whom it is obvious to tell he is the oldest sibling of his family with his “Big Brother” vibe. A natural leader he occupies most of his time working around the house, working with his dogs, or trying to keep the peace. Ezra is kind determined heart who will do anything and everything for his friends even if it not within his reach or jeopardizes his health, he will at least try.
Ezra has quite a few odd habits. The first being his offbeat sense of humor. It comes up during the most random times and consist of the most random things to say. Other times Ezra is extremely sarcastic, but with his gentle monotone and straight face it is tough to catch sometimes. If his sarcasm is missed he says nothing of it, just continues on in the same neutral tone. His last piece of randomness is his habit of disappearing to the highest place he can find and sitting at the top. If Ezra is up there it is very likely that it is the highest place for a few miles. Thank goodness he hasn’t fallen yet…

To first meet Ezra one might not initially think him kind with a random sense of humor. Instead they may think him a bit stuck up because of his silence and at times lack of response. If Ezra can’t think of anything to say, he won’t say anything at all. Actually he may just stand up and leave without any warning. People who do not know him would take him to be rude, but those who do know him know that instead of standing around doing nothing he is getting up and trying to do something about it. Less words more actions are Ezra’s driving force.
Ezra’s silences do not necessarily mean kindness at all times however. To a person who gets on his bad side Ezra gazes at them with a glare that cannot be mistaken for kindness. One way to quickly get on his bad side are to mistreat his team and his family or friends. After this do not depend on Ezra for any vital information he tends to get a forgetful mind….

History:
In the past, he was happy. He lived with his parents both with Alaskan Native roots who were adamant advocators of animal rights, specifically, the right of the wolf. They were against the en mass slaughtering of these creatures and demanded a change. Ezra’s family from his mother consisted of a proud lineage of doctors for both humans and animals while his father came from a linage of mushers. In order to aid the wolves the couple began to travel deep into the mountains together with a team of dogs. Ezra’s father would negotiate with the hunters while his mother tended to any wounds.
Ezra didn’t mind the idea in the beginning. Actually he was quite proud of his parents for their beliefs and what they were doing to help. As they left he and his sister would take over their daily tasks. Being more on the Mushers side as his father was Ezra would take up leading tours, delivering items, and providing transportation to people while his sister maintained the clinic. Everything was going rather smoothly but one day things turned for the worst.
It was an emergency in the mid morning. An entire pack of wolves were being tracked by a fairly large group of hunters who were angry about attacks on their livestock. His mother wasn’t sure the wolves were the real culprits.
They set out and as usual Ezra took over for his father and Xylia for his mother. Then in the evening there were a chorus of howls in the night. Ezra and his sister had walked outside to listen when one of their father’s dogs, Rain, came running from the mountains trail. The dog was beaten a bit but okay. Worried for his parents Ezra hitched up his team and lead them into the mountains.
He found them with the help of Secret of Rain. They were all dead, completely mauled by beasts. Above his head he heard the howls and new, the wolves had done it. Ezra has never forgiven wolves since.
Ezra still lives in the Windbreaker Clinic. He has taken over his father’s line of work and helps his sister part-time. Angered by their brutality his aim is to kill any and all he see. He will get revenge for his parents death one way or another.
